Pakistan Taekwondo Federation has called upon a special meeting with PTF Stakeholders in Pakistan to discuss following issues on 27th July, 2021 at PTF office in Rawalpindi as well as Virtually on Zoom.
The above mention meeting shall be conducted under chairmanship of Lt Col Raja Wasim Ahmed (R), President PTF. The following Agenda shall be discussed:-
a. Details regarding Preparation of G1 event by President PTF
b. Head of the Team Report on Olympic Qualify Round and Asian Championship by Mr Omar Saeed, President SATA / Vice President PTF
c. Discussion on Foreign Training Camp being establish at Iran
d. Briefing by all concern department / association in regard to preparation of Global License / Kukkiwon Dan Certification / Coaching License (Level I)
e. 5th August 2021 is the last date for submission of WT GAL / Kukkiwon Dan Certification for Officials / Athletes
f. 5th August 2021 is the last date for submission of PTF Annual Fee for the year 2021
g. Details of Pakistani International Referees and their Refresher Status by Secretary General PTF / President KPK
h. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
The meeting will be conducted in both virtual and physical modes. The members who are stationed outside are requested to join the meeting through Zoom Video platform. However, the members residing in Rawalpindi / Islamabad are requested to join us on physical mode at the Pakistan Taekwondo Federation, 255 R A Bazar, Rawalpindi at the given date and time. Any member required to include any suggestion / recommendation in Agenda Point. Please may furnish his / her input before 7 days of the meeting.
