The Pakistan Taekwondo Federation (PTF) is committed to upholding the highest standards of
ethical conduct and integrity in all activities, competitions, and operations. This Code establishes
principles to guide behavior and decision-making for all associated individuals. - Vision & Core Values
Vision: To lead with integrity and excellence in developing Taekwondo in Pakistan.
Core Values: Integrity, Respect, Fairness, Transparency, Accountability, Excellence. - Scope
This Code applies to all athletes, coaches, referees, officials, board members, employees,
volunteers, and affiliated units of PTF. - Principles of Ethical Conduct
All members shall demonstrate honesty, fairness, professionalism, responsibility, and respect in all
Federation activities. - Integrity Standards
Members must avoid unethical conduct, favoritism, manipulation of results, falsification of records,
or any act that damages the reputation of PTF. - Compliance with Laws & Regulations
All activities must comply with the laws of Pakistan, International Taekwondo regulations, Pakistan
Sports Board rules, and Pakistan Olympic Association guidelines. - Conflict of Interest Policy
Any personal, financial, or professional interest that may influence official duties must be disclosed
immediately. Individuals must abstain from related decision-making. - Confidentiality & Data Protection
Confidential information including athlete records, financial data, and strategic documents must be
protected and shared only with authorized personnel. - Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption
PTF maintains zero tolerance for bribery, corruption, or improper advantages. Offering or accepting
undue benefits is strictly prohibited. - Fair Play & Sportsmanship
All athletes and officials must promote fair competition, respect opponents and referees, and strictly
prohibit doping or match manipulation. - Respect & Non-Discrimination
PTF promotes equality and prohibits discrimination based on gender, race, religion, ethnicity,
disability, or nationality. - Reporting Misconduct
Misconduct may be reported confidentially to the Ethics Committee. All complaints shall be
investigated fairly and impartially. - Whistleblower Protection
Individuals reporting violations in good faith shall be protected from retaliation or discrimination. - Disciplinary Actions
Violations may result in warning, suspension, removal from office, financial penalties, or referral to
legal authorities. - Implementation & Training
PTF shall conduct regular awareness and compliance training sessions for members and officials. - Review & Amendment
This Code shall be reviewed annually by the Ethics Committee and updated as necessary
